His education includes the University of Pennsylvania, 1957-60; Architectural Association, London, England, 1960-62; University of California, Berkeley, 1962-63; University of Southern California, Los Angeles, 1963-64; University of California, Los Angeles, where he received a B.A. degree, 1964-65; and the University of California, Los Angeles, M.F.A. degree, 1965-66. He is a member of the California 60's artists. Ed Ruscha, Ed Moses, Laddie John John Dill, Larry Bell, Craig Kaufman.
