 B. 1964 - Chase Chen was born in China. He lived in China until the early 80's when he moved to the USA. His early artistic training and development took place in China. After moving to New York, he developed the determination to become a full time artist. He has been working from a studio in California for more than a decade. His style contains both realism and impressionistic styles. His subject is women in various poses, as well as landscapes and still lifes. His sister, actress Joyce Chen, has had similar success in films during the past decade. |
