Purchased from Galleria Lassen Waikiki in September, 1999, during a visit to Hawaii. The art is in original frame as shipped from the gallery. Original owner. Frame was chosen by Lassen and the outer frame is made from Koa wood from Hawaii, a gold filet comes next, then black silk, and followed by a Koa wood filet next to the sketch. A gold plate with Lassen's name on it is mounted on the black silk below the picture.
