"Diana & the Coursing Cheetahs" was modeled after his heroine (when he was an Illustrator at Sports Illustrated magazine), the formidable late, great Olympic champion sprinter, 'Flo-Jo', and captures the mythical Diana running with two handsome cheetahs, the fastest animals on earth.
Excellent condition.
We purchased the art work one week after she died.
By special request, it is inscribed and signed by the Artist: "In memory of Florence Joyner Griffith 'Flo-Jo' "
