This sculpture assemblage 2/9 is accompanied by an original vintage b/w photograph depicting one exemplar of the same production, baring on verso same number 2/9 and initialled in pencil MR by Man Ray (see photos 4 and 5). No other editions or proofs (other than the lost or destroyed prototype) were done before or after this one. Purchased from the Galleria il Collezionista d'Arte Contemporanea, Roma, 1986.
