Provenance & Extra Info Dancer with Tambourine III is a terra cotta and hydra stone bas relief created in 2007. It was created from molds made directly from the original terra cotta sculpture created by Pierre-Auguste Renoir in 1918. The sculpture comes with a portfolio that includes provenance and a signed certificate by a Renoir family member. It was Renoir’s last sculptural work. “Woman with Tambourine III” is the culmination of Renoir’s fascination for the quintessential representation of one of his most famous themes. It portrays a beautiful, sensual woman who is full of life. Within the sculpture flows the melody of music and dance, celebrating the joy of life.
