1925-2001 - Rodolfo Morales studied at the San Carlos National School of Art in Mexico City, where he later worked as a visual arts teacher. From 1954 to 1994 Morales painted six commissioned murals in Mexico. Throughout his life, Morales was a painter, printmaker, sculptor, worked in oil, encaustics, gouache, metal, wood and paper. Rodolfo Morales' works have been exhibited in several museums in Mexico as well as in other countries. A few examples are: Museum of Contemporary Art, Monterrey, Mexico; Museum of Modern Art, Mexico City, Mexico; Palacio Provincial de Malaga, Spain; Mexican Art Museum of San Francisco, California; Americas Society, New York; Meadows Museum, Dallas Texas; Sta Monica Museum of Art, California; Arizona State University of Tempe; The Heard Museum, Phoenix Arizona and the Palo Alto Cultural Center, California. Morales has also exhibited in Montreal, Canada; Stutgart, Germany and more than twenty art galleries around the world.
