BATSHEBA VEGHTE BIOGRAPHY
 
Batsheba Veghte is a Northern California artist residing outside of San Francisco. Veghte received a BA in Visual Studies from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, ME in 1982. From 1991 thru 1996 Veghte was represented by the Edith Caldwell Gallery in San Francisco. Veghte's work is in the permanent collection of the Achenbach Foundation for Graphic Arts, San Francisco Museum of Fine Art, and Veghte has been an Artist-in-Residence at the Kala Institute, Berkeley, CA.( 2002-2003) and regularly print suites of work at Trillium Press in Brisbane, CA.
