STEVE QUARTLY BIOGRAPHY
 
Steve Quartly from his studio in Southern California creates impressionistic oils on canvas, specializing in seascapes and cityscapes. Quartly began oil painting at age 13, demonstrating a love of life, nature, color and form. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Azusa Pacific University in 1996. As a student, he was honored by being asked to paint a mural on canvas for the Marshburn Memorial Library Solarium. It was this project that solidified his desire to pursue fine art. Quartlys' work is now showing at some of the most prominent galleries in the United States.
