Provenance: Purchased in 1989 by seller's mother in Hawaii. Seller contacted Wailehua Grey by mail in 2003. The artist wrote me back on his stationary on May 8th, 2003 describing the meaning of the painting and in the letter says it was nice viewing the work again and knowing who owns it.
