Placing an ad is easy!

You must register in order to sell art with us. Register and you will be able to enter & manage your listings directly from our website. Registering is easy and it only takes a few seconds. Registered users can also sign up for alerts and post in our art wanted sections located at the bottom of each artist's page.


References
If you require references we are happy to provide them to you upon the completion of a sale. We will provide them to you before you ship the art to us. We will not provide references until we have a commitment from both parties. We cannot have sellers calling our clients & bankers if a sale has not been agreed upon. We appreciate your understanding.

We welcome all sellers to the new and improved Art Brokerage
All listings are free. Sellers you will only pay a commission when your art sells. You can enter & manage your listings directly from our website using our new automated system. Sellers we are averaging more than 2 million hits per month!! Please enter any listings you may have.

STEP 1 - HOW TO REGISTER
 
1. Click on the register button located at the top left of every page.
2. Fill out the required information (contact name, phone #, email address)
ArtBrokerage.com will never trade or sell your personal information to a 3rd party. Your personal information will only be used to correspond with you regarding your listings. We respect seller's privacy.
3. Once you submit your registration our system will send you an email detailing the username and password you set up. Save this email for future reference.
4. You are now ready to login and begin entering your listings.


STEP 2 - HOW TO ENTER YOUR LISTING / HOW THE APPROVAL PROCESS WORKS
 

As a registered user you can now login and access your seller control panel. Our system will guide you through step by step so that you may create your listing. We only accept listings from artists who have a well established secondary market. If your artist's name is not listed on our A-Z pages please email us for consideration. You will need the following information in order to complete the process.

1. Artist's Name
2. Title
3. Medium (original painting, serigraph on paper, bronze sculpture)
4. Edition #. Limited edition prints will not be accepted without the edition #.
5. Dimensions in inches or centimeters. You will need both framed & unframed dimensions if applicable.
6. Frame info & description
7. Asking Price *be sure to include 20% comission in your asking price. If your asking price is below our $5,000 minimum please figure in a 25% commission. We do not accept listings with an asking price below $3,000.
8. A photo (JPG, GIF, and TIFF files are accepted)
 
Our staff will review and approve your listing within 48 hours. If there is any missing info we will contact you prior to approval. We reserve the right to refuse any listing.

You can edit your listing or change the price at any time but please keep in mind that we must re-approve your listing. This is why we ask that you please try and get the listing right the first time. Please read the directions carefully when entering a listing. You can remove your listing anytime by marking it sold.


STEP 3 - THE TRANSACTION
 
1. We sell the art.
2. We process the payment.
3. You the seller, ship the art to us. We will help you with information on how to ship.
4. We inspect the art and ship it to the purchaser.
5. The purchaser receives and approves the art. We then pay you, the seller, within 1 week.
6. We protect the buyer and seller.
7. If you require references we are happy to provide them to you upon the completion of a sale. We will provide them to you before you ship the art to us. We will not provide references until we have a commitment from both parties involving a sale. We cannot have sellers calling our clients & bankers if a sale has not been agreed upon. 8. Please do not inquire about our sold prices. Our selling information is private and we do not provide sold prices to anyone except the original buyer and seller involved in the transaction.
9. International shipping. Please note, there will be an additional $200.00 fee for processing the UPS paperwork.
