Story / Additional InfoThis genteel, large painting portrays the fleeting moment, inspired by Impressionism. It is an abstract work comparing the churning waters or otherwise undulating waves of the ocean expressed through brisk brushwork and choice of pastel colors to signify water, sandy areas and the twilight glow of sunset, all of which is inspired by the rhythm and melody of musical notes. Both topics may be separate, but through this work is tied to their similarities in repetitious and momentary features. Completed in 2013 on the site of the Atlantic Ocean in Vero Beach, Florida, USA.
