Art Brokerage: David Farsi French Artist: b. 1953. David Farsi started on his journey more than 30 years ago at Ecole Boulle, Paris, in interior design and painting. Two years only after having left school, he is awarded the First Prize in a Papeete postal stamp contest. For so many Years, the French Polynesian 100-franc stamps will be a reproduction of his painting. In the following years, his appearances grace the most prestigious shows and exhibitions of that era. His works are in turn exhibited at the Salon d'Automne du Grand Palais de Paris, the Valombreuse galleries in Biarritz and Paris, Marseille's Salon de Peinture, the Salon des Peintres' Aujourd' hui and the Salon des Artistes Français in Paris, Galerie Râ, Montpellier's Museum and Galerie des Trois-Ormeaux in Aix-en-Provence. At the beginning of the 80's, America fell under his spell. He exhibited at the Gallery Today in New York and the Petit Trianon of the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. Listings wanted.
