John Zaccheo
Art Brokerage: John Zaccheo American Artist: b. 1942. Born in Kingston, New York, John Zaccheo earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in commercial art from Duchess Community College, where he received the Gold Medal in Achievement Award. Zaccheo then went on to study at the Art Student League in New York City. Working under some of the best commercial and fine art artists in the country, his emerging style was shaped by the likes of Arthur Lidov, John Pike, Robert Benny, and David Lax. In the early 60's, Leslie Ross, one of the most prolific and successful commercial artists in the business, influenced Zaccheo to pick up the palette knife to gain more flexibility in his art, prints and posters.
