Luis Fracchia

Art Brokerage: Luis Fracchia Paraguayan Artist: b. 1959. He was born in Asuncion, Paraguay in 1959. Luis Fraccia lived and studied in Rome, Italy in the late 70's early 80's. For his first art works, the use of water color was a must, since he specialized in wall frescos while living in Italy. He later moved to Mexico, participating in exhibitions held by The Museum of Water color, where he gained recognition and even won a medal of honor for his work.
