A 3 story building mural was commissioned and later it was used for TV commercials and International magazine fashion showsn. In 1990 he was named "ABSOLUT ARTIST of the 90's". Again he was commissioned by ABSOLUT to the "First Station of the Cross, which hung in the Chapel St. Denis in France. After Hurricane Andrew in 1992, Garcia was commissioned to create a painting which became a poster to benefit hurricane victim. He was the official artist for the Grammys in 1998, 1999 and 2001.
