Nizamov studied in the Kazan Art School, Moscow State Academic Art Institute, a workshop of theatrical painting of Kurilko-Ryumin M. M, Lebedeva R. I. and a workshop of monumental painting of Maksimov E. N, Lubennikov I. L. He has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists since 2001. About his art career, he said, "I feel strongly that art has a fundamentally important role to play in our lives, and in society as a whole. Yet often I feel that the real essence of painting has disappeared from our world. Materialism, commercialism and other aspects of society have come to endanger painting from one side, while new styles in art mean that engagement in painting itself can be low. Real Painting should never be the hostage or either 'the art market', nor of modern trends. Just like original music, it should come into existence not for monetary reasons but simply because it must be born. This is the guiding mission behind my work." Listings wanted.
