Provenance / HistoryOn December 16, 2010, Buzz Aldrin and his wife, Lois, were on hand in Paris, France when this portrait of them by acclaimed Brazilian pop artist, Romero Britto, was unveiled at the Louvre Museum. 

Story / Additional InfoThe "Lois and Buzz" painting was featured in the prestigious Salon Nationale des Beaux-Arts 2010, in the Carousel du Louvre, Salle le Notre, Louvre Museum, one of the most significant exhibition halls in the world. It was part of the "Creativity and Inspiration' exhibition by Romero Britto at the Louvre Museum under the official patronage of President Nicholas Sarkozy.
