This was my first purchase through Art Brokerage and it couldn't have been better. Helen T. was helpful every step of the way. She was way more responsive and helpful than I would've ever expected. There were some delays in the shipping, which I expected given the size of the painting, as well as the ongoing hiring and supply chain issues, and Helen T. contacted the shipping company on my behalf and was able to provide me with updates that weren't available through the tracking website. Given that Art Brokerage isn't the shipping company and shouldn't be responsible for this since the seller is the one arranging the shipping, I was amazed at this level of service. The artwork that was delivered was exactly what I expected.
