    Story / Additional InfoThis painting is inspired by the sound of continually churning, undulating waves in ocean beds. It is compared to the melody of musical notes, both being sensory sounds. The shades of blue and white color in wavy bands represent the ocean waters, while the yellow and orange background with subtly rendered small does of related shades of hues as abstract nuances signify the melodious sensory experience of music combined with the visual impact of sunset on the beach. Both concepts are expressed to capture the fleeting moment inspired by Impressionism.
