Art Brokerage: MMike Childress was a sixth generation Texan and had been producing wildlife art for 40 year, using the basic skills learned while earning a chemical engineering degree at Texas A & M. Over the ensuing years, he was fortunate enough to receive numerous
commissions from corporations wildlife organizations, and individuals. Each year since 1998, he was selected to provide an original pen and
ink of the highest scoring animals harvested under the rules of the Texas Big Big Game Awards. The art he created was meticulously
produced in great detail to show the unique qualities of the subject. His experience and love of the outdoors, while hunting, fishing, or photographing in the field, gave him a unique perspective and knowledge to draw the subjects in their native habitats. He was highly decorated and received numerous awards. He produced pieces for many famous people such as Oliver North, Johnny Morris, John Stossel, Malcom Forbes, Steven Forbes, and Carl Rove among many many more! Listings wanted.
