Hello Robbie. Art Brokerage has once again handled a sale smoothly. They have sold over 30 original prints from my collection over several years. I have worked with several of the brokers and found them all to be very professional. They earn their commissions by presenting the work professionally, negotiating with buyers, and taking care of all the shipping and insurance. All I have to do is pack the art and get paid. Nice! It feels good when the buyer and seller both think they got a good deal.The only problem I ever had was a print that was received damaged. It was a frustrating situation because there was no damage to the shipping tube and the shipper did not accept responsibility. I had photos of the art immediately prior to packing and tracking indicated that the package had been opened by customs and, we assume, repacked incorrectly. Art Brokerage pressed the case with the shipper and got their insurance to pay up. seller DC in United States /

I had a great transaction with Robbie!!!! She let me know I had an offer and advised me on how to proceed. With his advice, the art that I had been trying to sell for 5 years finally sold. I was happy with the price I got for the art and the communications with the broker. She advised me on how to package the art and provided a shipping label. I was able to track shipping and got confirmation when it was delivered. With in a day Robbie notified me that the buyer accepted the art and it would be paid out with in 7 days. I received an E-Check and it cleared the bank with no issues. While I didn't get what I paid for the art, it was a very good transaction and I hope to have the same thing happen with the two other pieces I have listed.
