Story / Additional InfoJoueur de flute et gazelle. Created in 1946, 1979 edition. This original lithograph was created on hand drawn lithographic plates after Pablo Picasso’s painting under the supervision of Marcel Salinas, the renowned Chromist who worked closely with Picasso during the artist’s lifetime. The image was chosen by Marina Picasso, Picasso’s Granddaughter, from his paintings she inherited from the Estate of Pablo Picasso. Ensuring the authenticity, this print is signed and numbered in pencil by Marina Picasso and embossed with the estate seal, along with the legend on the reverse “Approved by the Heirs for Pablo Picasso.” Paper size is 22” x 29 3/4”. Excellent condition, never framed or matted.
