Anatoly Slepyshev

Art Brokerage: Anatoly Slepyshev Russian Artist: b. 1932. Anatoly Slepyshev is an honored artist of the Russian Federation, a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts, and a State Prize laureate (2002). He was a student of A. Deineka at Moscow State Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. In 1990-1996 Slepyshev lived and worked in Paris. In this period approximately thirty personal exhibitions were held in France. In 1992 he became a member of Maison des Artistes (Paris). Between 1996 and 2001 Slepyshev held over 100 personal exhibitions. His works are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin, and in many regional museums in Russia and abroad.
